Community Outreach
We are here to keep residents and businesses informed of ongoing construction activities, and have put in place a comprehensive community outreach program to accomplish that.

As the project arrives in each neighborhood, flyers or similar collateral will be hand-delivered to homes and businesses by one of our project community relations specialists to provide notification of impending construction activities. These notifications will detail the anticipated project schedule, description of upcoming work activities, key contact information, and permitted work hours.

This dedicated project website will be updated regularly to forecast construction activities and any related traffic impacts associated with the work. Additionally, construction progress photographs will be added to this site as project milestones are reached.

A Community Hotline has been established that allows callers with questions or concerns to connect with a member of the project team. The Community Hotline is staffed 24-hours a day to allow callers to reach a person who can address their concerns or refer them to the appropriate contact. The Hotline number is 617-571-4582.

Our community relations team will also continue to reach out to local media outlets to provide progress updates and traffic implications associated with construction.
